All items are sent by either 1st Class Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or Courier Service to ensure your items reach you. We currently ship to the UK only.

Your parcel will be in plain packaging with no indication of its contents.

All orders received by 2pm will be despatched on the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be despatched the following working day. Delivery times are subject to Royal Mail, but usually take between 1 and 4 days.

Our postage and packaging charges are as follows: First Class Recorded Delivery Charge £3.95.


If an item is being returned for refund or replacement, the item/items must be recived by us within 7 days of receipt.
The returned item/items must be in the same condition as originally despatched. All original tags must still be attached.

Please take care when unpacking & repacking and please ensure that lingerie is tried on over your own lingerie - you will understand we cannot accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or is returned in poor condition.


If the item is defective, please give a full description of the fault and return it in its original box with all manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement. Returns must be recived by us within 7 days. Please thoroughly clean all returned defective items and wrap them securely in a plastic bag.
With Lush Lingerie, you can cancel an order within 48 hours for a full refund. If your order has already been despatched then you may return it to us for a refund, in this circumstance we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
